Bookings, estimates and house rules
Last updated October 27, 2026. Using this website or booking an event with us means you accept these terms.
1. Estimates
The event estimate you build online is a quote based on the menu, guest count and add-ons you select and the prices in force when you submit it. Those prices are frozen on your request. The final bill follows what is actually served and the final guest count you confirm; changes you make through your estimate link or with our staff update the price accordingly. Prices shown include the 20% service charge and 8.25% Texas sales tax as separate lines.
2. Requests and confirmation
Submitting a request does not reserve the room. We review each request and confirm the date by email or phone, normally within one business day. A date is held once we send a deposit request and is confirmed once the deposit is received.
3. Deposit and payment
A deposit of 25% of the estimate confirms your date. A 25% deposit confirms your date. We will text you Zelle details, or you can pay by card at the restaurant. The balance is due on the day of the event. The balance is due at the end of the event by card, cash or Zelle. Gift cards may be applied to the deposit or balance.
4. Guest count and changes
Tell us the final guest count at least 72 hours before the event. We charge for the confirmed number or the number who attend, whichever is higher. Menu changes are welcome up to 72 hours before; after that the kitchen has ordered and changes may not be possible.
5. Cancellation
Cancel 14 or more days before the event and the deposit is refunded in full. Between 14 and 3 days, the deposit is kept but can be moved once to another date within six months. Less than 3 days, the deposit is forfeited and entertainment already booked is charged. If we must cancel for reasons within our control, the deposit is refunded in full.
6. BYOB and corkage
We are a BYOB venue. Bring your own wine or spirits; a corkage fee per bottle applies and is settled on the night. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid ID; we may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. For private events the mixer and bottle-service package, and a bartender when an open bar is chosen, cover the service of alcohol you bring; the price of the alcohol itself is not part of our bill.
7. Weekend minimum
On Friday and Saturday the dining room has a $35 minimum spend per person. For private events on those days the food part of the estimate is topped up to that amount per guest when the chosen menu is lower; this appears as its own line.
8. Ticketed events
Nights sold by ticket (for example New Year's Eve) are for guests 18 and over, are prepaid in full, and are non-refundable once the event is sold out unless we cancel it. A minimum order may apply on the night and is stated on the event page.
9. Entertainment
Entertainers booked through the website perform under their own terms for timing and space; we confirm their availability with your date. If an act becomes unavailable we offer an equivalent act or remove the charge.
10. Conduct and damage
The host is responsible for their guests. Damage to the premises beyond normal wear is charged at cost. Decorations must not be nailed, taped or glued to walls; confetti and open flame other than our own candles are not allowed.
11. Allergies
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, egg, nuts, fish and sesame. Tell us about allergies when you book; we will advise which dishes are suitable, but we cannot guarantee any dish is free of traces.
12. Website
