Who we are looking for

Full-time · kitchen

Cook

Experience with Uzbek, Russian, Georgian or Turkish cuisine, or two years on a busy line
Comfortable on the mangal grill and with dough work (samsa, khachapuri, dumplings)
Texas Food Handler certificate (we help you get it in the first week)
Evenings and weekends, including event nights
Pay by experience plus a share of the tip pool

Full or part-time · front of house

Server

Warm, fast and calm on a full Saturday with a show going
Explain the menu with confidence; we train you on every dish
Russian, Uzbek or Turkish language is a plus with many of our guests, not required
TABC certification for BYOB bar service (we reimburse the course)
Tips plus hourly; event nights pay a service share

Freelance · Saturdays and private events

Entertainer

Belly dancers, DJs, singers, show acts and comedians for weekly nights and private bookings
Send a video link and your rate; we add approved acts to our entertainment catalogue for guests to book
Professional, punctual and insured for fire or acrobatic acts
Own equipment preferred; our sound system is available

Full or part-time · kitchen

Dishwasher / kitchen porter

Operate the dishwashing machine and keep the line stocked with clean ware
Deliveries, prep support and closing clean-down
Reliable evenings and weekends; no experience needed, we train
Paid weekly, meal on every shift
